The five areas in Focus 5

Taking responsibility for targets

This is about ensuring that everyone in the company knows what they are working towards. This means setting clear goals (e.g. with OKRs - Objectives & Key Results), communicating these goals clearly and regularly checking whether we are on the right track. Everyone takes responsibility for their contributions - and we talk openly about progress, challenges and solutions.

Turning customer needs into success

We put the customer at the center of our thoughts and actions. We actively listen, understand what our customers really need and develop products and services that offer real added value - and that customers are happy to pay for. This is how we create sustainable economic success.

Involving and empowering people

A good working environment is created when everyone feels safe and valued. Managers are guides and coaches, not know-it-alls. We promote: Trust, diversity and collaboration. Teams should be able to make decisions themselves - with clear processes and transparent communication.

Creating something new boldly and creatively

This is about thinking big and breaking new ground. We try things out, develop ideas together with customers and quickly test what works. We use methods such as: Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas and prototyping. The key here is the courage to change.

Getting better together

Improvement is not a project, but an attitude. We regularly look at what is going well - and what we can do better. This is not about blame, but about learning. We work across departmental boundaries with clear key figures and with the aim of optimizing the whole - not just individual parts. Everyone can contribute to improvement.

In addition to understand the new concepts, the program offers possibilities for a personal internalization of the underlying way of thinking which finally enables a real expansion of the leadership repertoire in practice. Contents here are: - Why leadership changes and must change - Constructive handling of ambiguity, dynamics and complexity - Leading teams in a potential-oriented manner – role and strength-based cooperation
