Do you do that every now and then? Just do nothing... Can we even do that these days?
How often do we find ourselves reaching for our cell phones during any moment of silence, the actual break? News, social media, music... We feel very grateful for any distraction.
For athletes, regenerative days, i.e. days on which no sport is done, are an integral part of the training plan. Both our body and our mind need these breaks to remain productive.
That's why we would like to use today's impulse to encourage you to take conscious breaks today. Of course these can look different for everyone, but what can help each of us is to take three very conscious breaths and be aware of them.
